Main Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve hotel budgets.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
Representing the hotel at trade fairs and networking events.
Maximising new business development opportunities
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Create sales reports that look at the sales performance, having the ability to analyse data to find trends and problems.
Observe local, national, and international trends in the market, to ensure right strategy is in place.
Making sure you are fully aware of latest trends, technologies, design, and best practices within hospitality industry.
Implement strategies, ensuring deadlines are meet and tasks are completed.
Brainstorming/ coordinating/ communicating with Marketing, F&B, Groups & Events teams to create effective projects/Ideas/ strategies to promote the hotel.
