Your Mission

  • Responsible for the management of all Food & Beverage operations;
  • Continually monitors the guest flow and level of service to ensure department is efficiently meeting the guest needs;
  • Makes sound decisions when dealing with guests and/or Team Member disputes;
  • Maximize guest expectations, ensuring that they are guided and all service requirements are completed to the highest standards;
  • Ensures there are effective cost controls for food and beverage, as well as standards for productivity for F&B labor;
  • Works with other departments on property regarding menus, ordering, and setting up for special event functions;
  • Writes and maintains all departmental policies and procedures. Enforce policies throughout the department by maintaining constant contact with department managers and supervisors;
  • Confers with Human Resources Director to review departmental Team Member performance, discussing needed changes and potential solutions;
  • Continually guides the F&B Managers to identify, evaluate and develop strategies to enhance the facility’s revenue, increase profitability and increase guest satisfaction;
  • Delegates authority and responsibility to the F&B Managers; motivates and coaches for superior Team Member performance;
  • Oversees and provides assistance in the F&B operations within the restaurants and banquets as needed, and on busy or VIP days/events. Serve as Manager-on-duty as needed in the absence of F&B Manager;
  • Compiles data and analyzes departmental requirements to quantify and justify requests for funds for the annual budget. Prepares the annual budget including operating revenue and expenses for review by Upper Management.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Management or Hospitality and 6 years of progressively responsible, related experience in 5 stars properties are requires;
  • Must be fluent in english language;
  • Impecable presentation;
  • Advanced computer experience is required;
  • Must work well with people, possess excellent guest service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures;
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy is required;
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations is necessary;
  • Must possess high energy, be ambitious and guest service oriented.
