Your mission

  • Develop and execute innovative dessert menus, pastries and bread that delight our guests and complement our overall culinary offerings;
  • Oversee the pastry kitchen, including supervising a team of talented pastry cooks and bakers;
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency;
  • Collaborate with culinary team and hotel management to ensure that pastry offerings align with the overall dining experience;
  • Create and implement pastry production schedules;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into your creations;
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies and manage budgets to optimize kitchen operations;
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or fine dining establishment;
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts;
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert presentation and plating;
  • Creativity and a passion for research and development;
  • Leadership and team management skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality product;
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
