Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager at Blue&Green Hotels in Faro. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with guests, conducting sales activities, and training team members.

• Reservations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience
• Experience in training and coaching
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency in reservation software and systems
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
