Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Division Manager at Blue&Green Hotels - Tróia Design Hotel. The Room Division Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing customer service, overseeing receptionist duties, providing training to staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Training skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
