Your Mission

The Sales Manager for the Travel Industry is responsible for driving revenue by cultivating strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and other key players in the travel industry. This role involves designing and executing targeted strategies to attract high-value travel partners, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring the brand's luxury standards are upheld.

Administration and Reporting:
Maintain an accurate database of travel industry partners using CRM tools.
Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure all contracts and agreements are documented and comply with company policies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the luxury travel and hospitality industry.
  • Established network of contacts in the travel agency and tour operator sectors.
  • Proven success in managing travel industry partnerships and driving revenue.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of global travel markets, trends, and luxury travel expectations.
  • Proficient in Hotel PMS (Opera, Host, etc.), CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies.
