Manage and oversee entire beverage operation, being the knowledge leader of all drinks related staff;
Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests;
Engage, motivate and develop the F&B team contributing for a positive workplace culture is a must;
You will train constantly the staff, empowering them on endeavours, cultivating the act of wine and bar service;
Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department such as, rostering, reporting, packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure as well as stocktake and ordering;
Ensuring wine cellars e storage areas are kept immaculate, organized and products dated;
Provide guests with unique wine tastings, workshops, special events, and offers.
Your profile
The ability to balance and operate multiple outlets;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Sommelier or Bar Manager in a similar business;
A strong knowledge of food & beverage service, beverages, wines, waters, coffees and all other liquid related;
A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management (internal and external) and exceptional organisational skills;
Someone who is exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and budgets;
The ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays;
Being your best self, maintaining positive communication in and outside of work in professional environments.
